Ideal for a stay in Dartmouth Positive: It is a comfortable apartment , ideal for a stay in Dartmouth. It has all the necessary amenities. Close to the town centre. We did have a parking issue which was resolved. We have visited Dartmouth many times and have stayed in these apartments before so we were familiar with the layout. Lovely to have the balcony to sit and have a morning coffee. Yes it was warm enough in November!8 Negative: The garage we should have used was very small. The wing mirrors on our car just touched the entrance so if I had driven in I wouldn't have been able to get out of the car. Due to road closures we were told arrangements had been made to park on Mayors Ave but instructions weren't clear. Luckily the road was partially open and we were able to use a parking allocated to another apartment.

Would book again Positive: Convenient and quiet, beds super comfy Negative: Blackout curtains would stop some of the light in the bedrooms

Enjoyed it and caught up with family in Dartmouth Positive: Location and facilities Negative: Noise from neighbouring apartments till very late

One night stay for 4 adults in heart of Dartmouth. Positive: Great location, 50 yards from the River Dart and less than 5 minute stroll to shops. Parking included. Reasonably priced.

Positive: Lovely Apartment and fantastic location... very clean and great off road parking... will definitely be going back one day. Negative: Absolutely nothing
