Very comfy and most enjoyable
Positive: Email with the code, ready when we arrived. Very efficient way to get access to the property.
Negative: Maybe the carpets could have done with a spruce up.

Positive: Lovely and clean, all you need when visiting Dartmouth, would stay again! Handy to be able to park as well.
Negative: It's a shame the communal area and steps are scruffy, but only a small thing
